River Damascus Scimitar

Forged from house made Damascus, in my river pattern layout. This pattern consists of my Ghost-mascus 14 layer core, with double bundles of nickel Damascus cladding. This brings the layer count to 158, and I work hard to preserve every layer in this stack for maximum visual effect Beautifully suited to breaking and trimming all varieties of meat. The curve in the blade offers an extended slicing-edge in a more efficient footprint. The flat grind terminates at a gently convened edge for strength. The heirloom fitted handle consists of three components, the bold damascus bolster, the distressed bronze spacer, and a beautiful stabilized curly koa.
