Machined from AEB-L stainless steel, this chef's knife is ready to tackle nearly every task in the kitchen. This steel is extremely durable and one of our favorite steels for its balance of sharpness, toughness, and hardness.
This knife is ground with a beautifully thin edge, making it excellent for cutting and slicing.
The handle is shaped from Richlite with a crosscut oak bolster and Mokume Gane spacer. This mokume gane is forged from Yamaha timpani kettle copper and trumpet bell brass.
