Made from 316 Stainless Steel, these oyster knives are ready to work, and are nearly corrosion proof. Hand washing is still recommended, as high temps and corrosive detergents found in dishwashers can still damage these knives. The handles are shaped from G10, a resin impregnated glass fiber material, they are nearly bulletproof The blade and handle have both been bead blasted and tumbled for a matte finish and excellent grip when wet
