Nano Hone Surf Stones feature diamonds laid out in a wave pattern on replaceable sheets mounted on a Nano Hone backing plate. Whether flattening water stones or the backs of chisels and plane blades, the Nano Hone Surf Stone does the job.

The diamond plates are replaceable. When a diamond plate needs to be replaced, why throw out the backing plate that is still perfectly good? Replacement Nano-Hone Surf Plates are available.

Fast and Efficient

The Surf Stone is designed to be fast and efficient. The Wave Shaped bands of diamonds provide optimal cutting speed with space between to allow waste material to clear.

The Nano Hone Surf Stones are 9 1/2" x 2 3/8" (240mm x 60mm)

The Surf Stone is available in:

• 60 Grit / 250 Micron
• 140 Grit / 110 Micron
• 325 Grit / 20 Micron

Choose the grit to fit your need, or get multiple grits for a flattening progression.

The Backing Plates of the Surf Stones are designed to work with the Nano Hone Stone Stage The holes on the bottom side of the backing plates fit neatly over the posts that protrude from the top of the Stone Stage for a stable, no slip flattening experience.
