The gently sloping spine makes the tip needle-sharp and easy to index in the hand, while the gently curving edge creates a beautiful rocking blade for mincing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe blade has been blacked out and embellished with a portion of a Gothic-style rose window.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe full tang handle is dressed in forged wrought iron scales. This places a great deal of weight in the hand, making the blade feel weightless.
